Shipping policy

Shipping Limitations - Unfortunately we are unable to ship our entire catalog due to the fragility and unpredictable shipping experiences at present. For that reason, most of our curated items are only available through local delivery and pick-up. 

The items we ship will be calculated based on weight and destination at checkout. 

Damaged Item - If the unplanned event of receiving a package with a damaged items occurs, let me say we are so very sorry to hear that our loving product didn't make its way to you as intended. We unfortunately cannot accept any returns or refunds due to the natural nature of the products and the lack of control/assurance we as small business owners have with the 3rd-party couriers. Please acknowledge and accept this as a risk with purchase.
